Financial Policy
The fee for an examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning is usually less than $75. The fee for a root canal treatment is usually between $800 and $1300 depending on tooth location and difficulty. Additional fees may be charged for nitrous oxide, sterile pack setup, calcified canals, curved roots, re-treatments, post placement or removal, or for other problems which may become apparent before, during or after treatment. Fees do not include final fillings or crowns placed by your referring Dentist. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered a part of your treatment.

Insurance If you have dental insurance, we are anxious to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve this we need your assistance, and your under-standing of our payment policy. We will be glad to submit your insurance as a courtesy to you. Please provide us with a copy of your DENTAL insurance card so we may verify your coverage, group plan and claim information. |

Insurance benefits are based on a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Some benefits are based on usual and customary fees charged by all dentists in the community, not just specialists.
We do not file Workman's Compensation and Accident claims. Personal payment in full must be made at time of service.
