Insurance Information

At University Park Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Insurance benefits are based on a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.  Some benefits are based on usual and customary fees charge by all dentists in the community, not just specialists.

We do not file Workman's Compensation or Accident claims.  Personal payment in full must be made at time of service.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
